Montgomery County Government: Audio Visual Equipment and Supplies

Contract Number: 1150652

The intent of the contract is for the procurement of Audio Visual Equipment and Supplies.  The County intends for the audio visual equipment and supplies to be delivered mainly to the County’s Department of Technology and Enterprise Solutions (TEBS) in Rockville, MD and other locations as specified at the time an order is placed.

Contract Period:
The contract award is valid until June 21, 2023 with up to four (4) additional 1-year period extensions.

Authorized Users:
Public and private K-16+ institutions, public libraries and museums in the state of Maryland.
